Your ride home from the terminal
When you fly back, we follow your flight and your driver waits at the airport's official pick-up point. If the plane is late, the pick-up time moves with it and the delay is not charged. Add any special requests in the notes when you book, or call the office to talk them through.

My flight is running late. What happens?
Add your flight number to the booking and we will follow it, moving the pick-up to the actual landing time. You are not charged for waiting caused by the delay, and your fixed fare stays the same.
When should I book my airport taxi?
Booking a day ahead is normally fine, and you can book months in advance too. If you are leaving Welwyn Garden City or Hatfield in the small hours, get the booking in by the evening before so it is ready for the early shift.
What payment do you take?
Card only, as we are fully cashless and every fare is paid securely. Business account customers receive a monthly invoice.
Is it dearer to travel at night or on a bank holiday?
