Getting to your appointment
Clinic times are fixed, so we work backwards from yours and leave a sensible margin. Book the ride home at the same time and give the office a rough idea of when you will be done.
If you need step-free travel, ask about our wheelchair car, which carries three passengers plus a wheelchair. It is quoted on request so we can plan the trip properly.

Hospital journey questions
Can you bring me home after my appointment?
Yes. Book the return with your outbound trip and tell us roughly when you expect to finish; a car will be allocated in good time.
Can I book a very early or late journey?
Yes. We take bookings around the clock, every day of the year, so early admissions and late discharges are both covered.
Can my care provider pay for the journey?
If your care provider or employer holds a business account with us, the trip can go on their monthly invoice. Otherwise every fare is paid by card.
Do you have a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Yes. Our wheelchair car takes three passengers as well as a wheelchair. Ask for a quote and we will plan the journey around your needs.
