Riverside Ware and its maltings
Ware is a historic town on the River Lea, known for its riverside gazebos, its old maltings and the Great Bed of Ware, which now lives in the V&A in London. The high street mixes independent shops and pubs, and Ware station has trains towards Liverpool Street. Hanbury Manor, a hotel and golf venue, lies just north of the town. Our cars pick up from riverside homes, the station and the high street.
Stansted is the natural choice from Ware, about 37 minutes away on clear roads. Luton Airport takes roughly 32 minutes, Heathrow around 42 and Gatwick nearer 1h 11m. On airport collections we follow your flight from departure, and any delay is absorbed rather than charged, so a late plane never means a bigger bill.
Hanbury Manor brings plenty of bookings, from wedding guests to golf days, and we can send larger vehicles for groups. Hertford is a few minutes west for evenings out, and King's Cross is roughly 39 minutes by road on clear days.
